A community cat and a human garbage!

‎"I want to complain to Town Council about these humans who are inconsiderate, dirty & a nuisance to our environment, Meow!". I dun even ask for them to be culled, but TC says I dun pay tax they no need to entertain me. So I give a dirty look instead to express my bo-song-ness."

What if the community cats in this vicinity are blamed for the urine stench?

The coffee-shop and a market toilets are just meters away!

Cats have been culled for poo in public areas but what do we do with human poo like this that even comes with toilet papers !!

If the human culprits are caught for this littering, it is either a fine or CWO (Corrective Work Order), if the mess is due to irresponsible..........

If the human culprits are caught for this littering, it is either a fine or CWO (Corrective Work Order), if "littering" is due to irresponsible cat feeders, the cats may be caught by the town councils just to appease complainants. The cats will be sent by the pest controllers to be killed at the AVA.

"Civilised" human behaviour!

Human who are "civilised" to do their "business" in proper places called toilets...see what some of these humans are capable to doing?!

How many cats have been killed by the town councils over complaints of cats urinating in public areas.

Obvious human urine in this lift!

This morning, I witnessed a middle-aged man urinating onto a trash bin at 11.30am!

If there are community cats nearby, they can be blamed for the urine stench. All it takes is one complaint to the town council and the pest controller will be activated to "remove" the cats in the vicinity of the urine stench! The docile cats will be "sitting ducks" for the pest controllers!

No beings are culled for this but cats are culled for littering from irresponsible cat feeders

Feeders who are responsible do not leave behind any evidence, so the town councils should not assume that all cat feeders are irresponsible.

Human Dirty Common Areas by Choice

Cats "dirty common areas" because of irresponsible feeders and irresponsible cat owners who let their home cats roam out (not uncommon for some cat owners here to train their home cats to "do their business" on the bathroom floor), especially late at nights. Cats are "culled" (KILLED) as a result of complaints!

Disgraceful behaviour by grown-up in Simei

These grown up men looked like contractors who had some discussion at this table in the void deck of a block of HDB flats in Simei, and left the empty can and red plastic bag when the dustbin was just a metre away!
