Town councils perceive that "most" residents dislike cats as they get to hear only complaints.
If you like cats or just being neutral and do not wish cats to be routinely killed in response to complaints, speak up by emailing or speaking to the Property Manager in charge of your precinct. If there are enough residents to speak up for the rights of the cats to live in our communities, then the town councils will be forced to explore humane solutions to complaints about cats instead of routinely activating the pest controllers (who are often the estate contract cleaners as well) to trap cats to be killed at the AVA.
