Cat Welfare Society's status update.
If you see cats in corridors, please do not feed it but chase it downstairs. If it often appears, it is likely to be pet cat that an irresponsible owner let out to roam. If you can identify the owner, please advise them to keep the cat indoors. Too many, way too many sad cases of cats who learn dependency on certain units who are misguided in their kindness, only to face wrath of neighbours, leading to abuse or culling.
