This very friendly ginger male cat at Blk 52 of New Upper Changi Road was fed by a caregiver late in the night of 12th April 2012.
It was a shock to the caregiver when, on the morning of 13th April 2012, a cleaner informed her of his carcass at Blk 55.
The caregiver was deeply concerned as there was another cat killed at Blk 52 just 3 weeks ago, suspected to be due to abuse.
She called the SPCA and was told that nothing could be done for her as there was no witnesses.

A caregiver wrote, "Pavilion where orange sometimes sit under the chairs. Will miss him lots."
