town in Taiwan has built a new bridge to accommodate the increasing
volume of traffic from cats! The 60-metre bridge is specially built with
perches to keep these feline friends happy.
Houtong, is a
former mining district but its local economy had collapsed since its
mines closed in 2009. Thanks to its feline population it has a new lease
of life - people now travel far and wide to see the cats in Taiwan’s
