Dog, Cat, and Rat

Remember that the word "pest" or "nuisance" is a human created word to create prejudice, fear, and hatred, thereby justifying "culling" that really means murder!
The town councils and government departments such as the HDB will automatically assign "nuisance" to feedback about cats and dogs. Years of such prejudice influenced new batches of non-thinking robotic civil servants to view stray animals with disdain. Hence complainants about cats and dogs are always given more leverage over residents who speak out for justice and humane solutions.
A rat is only a "pest" if you want to think so. So can the cat you love or the dog you love.

There is a new CEO in AVA. Will animal welfarism finally be given a boost or be kicked further down? Frankly I don't hold much hope. With a big fat pay, why rock the boat?
