This is a well loved community cat. Some residents care enough to bring him to the vet for sterilisation at their own expense. Some senior citizens find joy in giving him food and water.
Does the town council know that there are residents who love these cats? Does the town council know that most residents DO NOT want cats killed in response to complaints? Even most complainants DO NOT want cats KILLED but just want the problems resolved. Does the town council admit its deficiency in dealing with some cat issues and humble themselves to ask for expert advice from the Cat Welfare Society and the SPCA?
