How many cats have been blamed for "dog poo" and culled?

This is dog poo, NOT cat poo.

How many town council officers bother to find out the truth if an ignorant resident blame cats for dog poo because a cat happened to be innocently sitting nearby?

Some lazy town council officers would just pick up the phone to activate the pest controller to cull all the cats in the vicinity of the dog poo instead of being responsible by walking to the estate to investigate if the complaint were valid!
