Another complaint to the town councils is about cats scratching the seats of motorbikes

Any vehicles, including motorbikes, parked in public areas, are at risks of mishaps, ranging from being hit by other vehicles, being vandalised by human beings, being smeared with bird shit and of course being visited by cats to rest on them and sometimes scratching on the motorbikes' leather-covered seats.

Again there is NO NECESSITY FOR THE TOWN COUNCILS TO KILL THE CATS in response to such complaint.

Have the courage to explain the inherent risk of parking any vehicle in public and of course, suggesting a cover!
