To appease residents, town councils poison the birds!
Is this logical?
It is not only a waste of manpower but the poisons endanger human, pet dogs and the environment!
However this is the way the town councils work. Taking the lazy way out by culling!
The town council officers have been enjoying too "easy" life without being scrutinised by the residents, some of whom are waking up from the apathy and are starting to question!
