Town Councils should STOP lumping CATS and PIGEONS togther

Town councils like this one is still too arrogant to admit cats and pigeons must be managed separately.

For pigeons, stop the food source i.e. human littering.

For cats

• Neutering
• Educate feeders to be responsible (Responsible Feeding)
• Nip abandomnent, such as Repeal HBD Ban on Cats , availability to low cost sterilisation, intensive public education on the sufferings that result from abandonment on TV channels such as Suria.

Town councils should consult the Cat Welfare Society and the SPCA on more appropriate posters to put in notice boards of HDB blocks.
