Desensitize public's intolerance or even fear of cats
We can desensitize public's intolerance or even fear of cats by outwardly demonstrating affection to the community cats especially black cats like Firsie. Some time ago, the SPO told me that a lady resident complaint to him of the presence of a black cat (Firsie is the only black cat in this precinct). Fortunately there are caregivers here to speak up for the cats and the SPO is brave enough to brush off this silly "complaint"!
