Strays better neighbours than people

I FEEL there are still many people who lack love and empathy towards animals as our society progresses.
The important thing is that feeders should feed the strays responsibly and clean the area afterwards.
After all, what kind of trouble can these animals cause?
They don't spit. They don't let their children run and yell along the corridor. They don't stand outside your unit and smoke. They don't cause loan sharks to harass residents. They don't draw graffiti on public property.
In short, they can be better neighbours than a whole lot of people.
To solve the problem, sterilisation is the key.
