Dustbin, dustbin everywhere, yet rubbish rubbish everywhere!

Yet cats are blamed for "messing" up public areas, giving the town councils an excuse to "exterminate" them.
Yet HDB says...cats are dirty...depriving HDB residents of the companionship of cats "legally".

Look at the amount of HUMAN-generated rubbish!

How many cats have been culled by town council officers who activate the pestcontrollers when they receive complaints (even ANONYMOUS ones!) about littering resulting from irresponsible cat feeders who do not clear up the leftovers!
Is it because it is easier to kill the "dumb" cats than to go after human beings who may "bite" with words from their mouths?
