Speak out against the ineffective culling of cats to complaints from residents. Volunteer yourself with the town council to help the property officers look into complaints about cats. Most, if not all the complaints can be resolved effectively without the need to kill the cats.
Speak for the removal of the ban on cats in HDB flats so that there are more opportunities for these community cats, mostly abandoned, to be adopted.
