SPCA Abuse Case: Choa Chu Kang (CCK) Ave 1

K just informed us that there is an abuse case in Choa Chu Kang. I just retrieved the details that were posted on SPCA’s website. Block 130 CCK Ave 1 is the exact location. Pregnant cat has its tummy slit open by a sharp object and it had to be put down to prevent further suffering. If you know the caregivers there, please alert them about this cat and to watch out for abuse in the area. I will try to pull up our records of caregivers who stays near there (if any), and give them a call. At the same time, I have alerted a few animal welfare volunteers and they confirmed that CCK is one location with repeat abuse cases but limited caregivers and quite a number of unsterilised cats.
