I heard of a HDB resident who wanted to meet her MP to complain about some town council officer's unfair treatment of a cat caregiver. At the Meet-the-MP premise, she was first interviewed by a grass-root volunteer (likely a RC member). After listening to her account, the volunteer wrote down the words "cat nuisance" on a piece of paper and asked her to wait her turn.
